How it Works
There are 2 types of integration possible between FleetPanda and DM2
CSV Import using Sage Visual Integrator
API Sync using PandaBridge
Note: PandaBridge is a bridge app between DM2 and FleetPanda. It fetches customer and ShipTo information from DM2 and pushes it to FleetPanda. And similarly it fetches all the Purchase and Sales Orders from FleetPanda and sends it over to DM2 for the accountants to create and send invoices to your customers.
In both cases:
All the Delivery ticket data (Sales Order) like Customer Name, location, assets, Product, gallons delivered, etc. are automatically sent to the back-office system.
Similarly all the BOL data (Purchase Order) like vendor/supplier, terminal, BOL number and image, product, gallons loaded, etc. are synced with the back-office.
This way, the accounting team can prepare invoices and get out the door before the driver even comes out of the premises.
